By using and browsing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions as presented. Perrotts Florist may at any time amend these terms and conditions. These changes are effective immediately.


All delivery fees will be quoted at time of check out. Additional fees may be charged if flowers are redirected due to incorrect information or change of address.
Orders received before 12pm (GMT +10) Monday to Friday and 10am (GMT +10) Saturday can be delivered the same day. Orders received after these times may be delivered the next working day.
Perrotts Florist will endeavour to deliver any selected times. The delivery will be made anytime up to or before the requested time. Business addresses will be delivered by 6pm, unless otherwise advised.
Perrotts Florist employs and trains their Flower Couriers. It is at their discretion whether it is safe to leave flowers at an address. In the event we do not leave the flowers we will make every attempt to contact the recipient for redelivery instructions. A calling card, text message or phone call will be left at the property with our contact details.
Unless otherwise stated Perrotts Florist does not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays.


Special Events

Perrotts Florist reserves the right to set different terms and conditions in relations to special events. These include but are not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.


Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

To ensure delivery on the day, orders must be placed by the day before or closest working day and selection made from the advertised collection. It is not possible to guarantee delivery times on the day, but we will ensure:
  • All deliveries to work addresses will arrive by 5:30pm.
  • All deliveries to residential address will arrive by 7pm.

Deliveries to rural addresses and secured buildings such as apartment blocks with no on-site management cannot be guaranteed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and correct address and phone number at time of ordering. The recipient should be in attendance at the address.
Any additional items are limited to the advertised Valentines Menu. Perrotts Florist will not be held responsible for any provided gifts.
Delivery areas may be limited due to order volume. A Surcharge may apply to deliveries on Special Event days that fall on a Sunday.


Gift Hampers and Additional Items including Alcohol

Perrotts Florist abides with all state Liquor Laws. You must be 18 years of age to purchase or receive any alcoholic product. Our licensing restricts the sale of alcohol unless it is accompanied with either a hamper or gift of flowers.


Perrotts Florist Obligations

We take great pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your floral gift will be delivered as ordered. However, occasionally we may need to substitute flowers, vases or containers due to out of stocks and seasonal availability. The changes will be to equal value.
To ensure the freshest blooms, flowers like Lillies may be delivered closed and yet to open when received.
If any alterations will significantly change the look of the arrangement we will be in contact to discuss alternatives.
We will always default to the correct colour palate and style when designing an item advertised on www.perrotts.com.au.

Customer Obligations

The Customer understands that any incorrect information given during the order taking process may slow down or cause the floral gift to be delivered incorrectly. Perrotts Florist will assist to correct the situation but takes no responsibility for incorrect address details, additional fees may be incurred.
Once the flowers or gift have been delivered in accordance to your instructions the product becomes the responsibility of the Recipient.
Order alterations and or refunds will be accepted up to 12 hours before the delivery date. Perrotts Florist reserves the right to refuse alterations and amendments.
If a refund is offered, funds will be returned to your nominated bank account. The transfer of funds will be at the discretion of the customer’s bank and could take up to 5 working days.
Please check your receipts carefully and contact Perrotts Florist via sales@perrotts.com.au or (07)3252 7877 if there has been a mistake or you feel you have been charged incorrectly.



Perrotts Florist acknowledges that on the rare occasion; mistakes may be made. While all care is taken in selecting the freshest blooms, flowers are a natural product.
Any dissatisfaction with our product must be communicated within three days of delivery.

Perrotts Florist reserves the right to request a photo of the product to assist with quality control, team training and to ascertain the most satisfying resolution.
In all cases, if an item is replaced the original item must be available for return.
In extreme situations refunds will be offered if this is the most suitable course of action and is at the discretion of Perrotts Florist. It is preferred that quality issues be resolved with replacement product.
Perrotts Florist is not obligated under Consumer Law to Refund due to a change of mind.  We do however understand circumstances may arise where a refund should may be considered.  Perrotts Florist reserves the right to offer part refund to cover  the cost of flowers ordered or additional service charges incurred such as courier costs.



All prices advertised on www.perrotts.com.au are in Australian Dollars and GST is included.
Minimum order value of $35.00 applies before delivery fees. Orders below the minimum order value will attract a fee to increase the order value to the minimum order value.
Product prices do not include delivery fees.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American express. When providing your credit or debit card you agree that there are sufficient funds available to cover the cost of your order.



Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks.
You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply.
All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval, Perrotts Florist is not part of the approval process, we can not influence or part of their decision process.
The delivery/quality of goods and all refunds remains the responsibility of Perrotts Floristis and will be managed as per our Terms and Conditions.
